March 2023 Dance!

March is looking to be a great month for dancing! We’re excited to have a new-to-us DJ and instructor – Brian Westerlund. Brian is a country dance pro who also teaches and DJ’s ballroom. He’s well known in the Richmond area (and beyond), and he already has a number of fans in the USA Dance Williamsburg community – and likely to be a lot more starting on Saturday, March 11! Brian will be teaching Cha Cha and playing ballroom music (with maybe just a bit of extra country flavor in there).

And we’re happy to be back on the fantastic floor at the Moose Lodge!

This is about 30 minutes from downtown Williamsburg and about 2 minutes off of I-664. Plenty of close parking available.

Also: The food menu is back! Moose Burgers, chicken fingers, and French fries are all highly rated*.
*(Note: these contain no actual moose, fingers, or French anything. Which is probably good on all counts.)

Schedule:

• 6:45 PM – doors open (though you can arrive early to order food before the lesson)
• 7:00 – 8:00 PM – awesome Cha Cha lesson with the amazing Brian Westerlund
• 8:00 – 10:00 PM – great ballroom dancing, with versatile DJ Brian Westerlund

Admission:

• USA Dance Members and first-timers: $10
• Visitors: $15
• Students with student ID: $5

Light snacks will be provided. Note that this venue does not allow outside drinks, but water and soda will be available for sale.
